Collection, use and processing of Personal Information
We collect, process and use your personal information according to the nature of your interaction with our website for the following purposes:

We collect your personal information when you request information from us or make enquiries via our contact form or email.  Your data are only transferred to the internal relevant department and in no case to third parties.

We also collect personal information during the process of application for one of our job vacancies. We need this information to be able to process your application. In the case of a job application your data will be transferred to the Human Resources and the Personnel Management only.

In addition, by visiting our website, your browser automatically transmit your IP address.

We only collect personal information if you choose to make it available to us. We use your personal information only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

 

Legal basis for the proceeding of your personal data

  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering a contract. (Art 6, 1. b) GDPR).
  • Data processing for the purpose of employment (Art. 9. 2. b and Art. 88  GDPR and §26 BDSG-neu).
  • You gave your consent to the collection and proceeding of your data for a defined purpose (i.e. your email address to receive an answer or documentation, or use of the email form to send us a question).

We will not use your personal information for other purposes or share your personal information with third parties without your express permission.

Storage of your personal data

For data collected in the frame of a job application your data will be stored up to three years after the end of your employment if your application was accepted.  If your application is rejected the maximum storage duration is six months, unless you give your express consent for a longer storage period.

Data collected in the frame of information requests or enquiries  will be stored until the complete processing of your request.

Your rights
You are entitled to request access, rectification or deletion (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data as well as to request  data portability. You may also request the restriction of data processing and object to the processing of your personal data.

Withdrawal of consent
If the collection or processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect from the data of withdrawal onwards. The legal basis of the processing up to the withdrawal remains unaffected in case of withdrawal.

Right to complaint with a supervisory authority
